These business domains are composed of various teams that interact directly or indirectly with our customers and use various solutions that help building up customer relationships. /p pIn a context of high service usage, you will be accountable for the stability, performance, and operability of our solutions. You will play a pivotal role between our internal teams, our managed service providers (MSPs), and our users to ensure service excellence. /p h3CRM solutions portfolio consists in: /h3 ul liOur Salesforce platform, which includes: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and other tiers applications (PROS CPQ, Qualtrics...) /li liOur customer portal AirbusWorld: powered by Liferay portal solution, that exposes a set of services developed with the last industry standards /li liOur technical requests applications:



a set of web and mobile based services developed specifically to answer to both Customers expectation and Security standards /li lia wide range of custom web-based applications that support various domains from marketing to support /li /ul h3Your challenges /h3 pAs a Web Developer in the CRM domain, your main mission will be to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications. Your responsibilities include: /p ul liDevelopment Integration: Build and enhance front-end and back-end components for custom web applications and CRM tools. /li liSolution Design: Contribute to the technical architecture of new features, ensuring they align with the "API First" strategy and security standards. /li liPortal Management: Maintain and evolve the AirbusWorld portal (Liferay), ensuring a seamless user experience for our international customers. /li liTechnical Support: Provide level 3 support for complex technical issues and ensure the continuous improvement of existing applications. /li liPerformance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance and responsiveness. /li liSecurity Compliance: Implement best practices in web security to protect sensitive customer and aeronautical data. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 h3Technical Expertise /h3 ul liModern Front-end: Mastery of core web technologies ( HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+ ) and advanced proficiency in at least one modern framework ( React, Vue.js, or Angular ). /li liCMS Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in Liferay or similar enterprise CMS solutions. /li liBack-end Development: Strong skills in server-side technologies, notably Java and modern frameworks like Next.js . /li liData Management: Proficiency in SQL and database design. /li liDevOps Infrastructure: Solid understanding of containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes . /li liArchitecture Security: Strong "API First" approach and a deep awareness of web performance and security protocols (OWASP, authentication standards). /li /ul h3Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) /h3 ul liAgile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), including the ability to estimate effort (story pointing) for specific features. /li liCI/CD:
