Your expertise in affiliate marketing and leadership will drive the expansion into new markets and the product’s overall success. In this role, you will fully own affiliate marketing activities and directions while working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful results. /p h3Curious to learn more? Connect with your team: /h3 pAugustas Levickas, Head of Affiliates. /p h3Your day‑to‑day /h3 ul liCreate and implement an affiliate acquisition strategy that targets audiences aligned with the product’s value and goals. /li liIdentify, prospect, and recruit new affiliate partners across various markets, including close tracking of competitor activities and opportunities. /li liManage the full affiliate onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience: product updates, tracking issues, creating coupons and overall managing the communication. /li liBe fully hands‑on with the outreach campaigns. /li liNegotiate partnership deals,



commission structures, and incentives to maximise performance and attract new partners. /li liBuild and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with affiliates. /li liMonitor and analyse affiliate performance data to identify opportunities for growth. /li liCollaborate with internal teams to develop creatives, promotions, CRO and campaigns tailored to affiliates. /li liStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate channels. /li /ul h3Your Skills And Experience /h3 ul li3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management. /li liProduct marketing experience is a big advantage. /li liExperience with OKR planning frameworks – you will be fully owning the planning and execution of affiliate acquisition campaigns. /li liProven track record of acquiring and scaling affiliate partners successfully. /li liStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. /li liFamiliarity with main marketing digital tools: Ahrefs, Similarweb, Hubspot, MixMax (or similar), affiliate platforms such as TUNE, CJ, etc. /li liAnalytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions. /li liSelf‑starter with a growth‑oriented and entrepreneurial mindset. /li liFamiliarity with affiliate networks, platforms, and tracking tools (e.g., TUNE, Impact, Partnerize, CJ, etc.). /li liAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
