ppLocal Property Manager | Madrid /p pInternational Commercial Real Estate /p pMadrid /p pStart: October 2026 /p pFreelance | Long term assignment | Potential permanent opportunity /p pMOMI is recruiting on behalf of one of its international real estate partners for a Property Manager to support the mobilisation and management of a prestigious office portfolio in Spain. /p pThis recruitment campaign is being conducted in anticipation of a major contract award expected in July 2026. /p h3About the assignment /h3 pJoin an international project involving the transition of approximately 20 office buildings representing more than 400,000 sqm across Europe. /p pWorking alongside local and international teams, you will play a key role in ensuring a successful mobilisation before the contract launch in January 2027. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liManage a portfolio of commercial office assets. /li liAct as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords and local stakeholders. /li liCoordinate on site teams, suppliers and service providers. /li liManage lease administration and tenant relationships. /li liMonitor budgets, service charges and operational performance.
