ppDo you want to be part of the project that will shape the future of satellite communications in Europe? /p pGMV has won the contract from the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) for the design, development, and deployment of the backbone of Europe’s critical satellite communications, the GOVSATCOM Hub. /p pWe are looking for an operator to join the operations team of the GOVSATCOM Hub system. This system acts as an intermediary between users (public entities) from EU member countries and SATCOM service providers for the provision of satellite communication services. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liExecuting the necessary operations for receiving service requests from users and consolidating the service with satellite operators. /li liMonitoring the status of communication services, taking actions according to procedures, and contributing to the generation of related reports. /li liGenerating operational procedures in coordination with the GOVSATCOM Hub system development team. /li liProviding feedback on issues and improvements to the GOVSATCOM Hub system to enhance operational efficiency. /li liParticipating in training sessions as the system evolves. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTelecommunications technician (Advanced Vocational Training in Telecommunications and Computer Systems or equivalent). /li liKnowledge or experience with satellite communication equipment and related systems.
