This role is adecuado for someone who is passionate about helping others, thrives in a structured environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding client care with professionalism, compassion, and integrity.br/br/This is a non-clinical role where you will play an essential part in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey while helping maintain the high standards for which Sea Recovery is known.br/br/Key Responsibilitiesbr/br/Support clients throughout their daily programme and encourage active engagement.br/br/Maintain a safe, structured, and welcoming therapeutic environment.br/br/Observe clients and promptly report any changes in mood, behaviour, or wellbeing.br/br/Complete accurate documentation, reports, and detailed shift handovers.br/br/Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.br/br/Maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality at all times.br/br/Assist with day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the centre.br/br/Represent Sea Recovery with professionalism, discretion, and empathy.br/br/Essential Requirementsbr/br/Fluentbr/br/Englishbr/br/(spoken and written), and at least conversational Spanish.br/br/Legal right to work in Spain.br/br/Valid Category B driving licence.br/br/Previous experience in hospitality, healthcare, residential care, luxury service, or wellbeing environments.br/br/Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.br/br/Strong organisational and time management abilities.br/br/Comfortable using digital systems for documentation and reporting.br/br/Flexible to work shifts,
