This role provides valuable exposure to various aspects of agency operations, with opportunities to develop new skills and make a meaningful impact. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liContent Creation /li liDevelop and edit content for presentations, brochures, blogs, newsletters and social media platforms for Comms8 /li liConduct research and suggest creative ideas for campaigns and projects. /li liManage online communities, including outreaching, responding to messages and engaging with followers. /li liTrack and consolidate marketing channel performance reports. /li liAssist with copywriting, visual design, and video/reel editing. /li liKeep PowerPoint decks and company materials up to date. /li liLocalize content across different languages as needed. /li liBusiness Support and Project Assistance /li liConduct desktop research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients. /li liConsolidate research findings into reports or summaries to support decision-making. /li liMaintain and update client and contact databases. /li liSupport in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients. /li liUpdate website content, company directories,



client logos, email signatures, and other key assets. /li liAssist in coordinating and delivering project tasks to ensure deadlines are met. /li liResearch industry news and events to keep the team informed.General Support /li liProvide administrative assistance, such as organising files and updating records. /li liParticipate in team meetings, contributing ideas and taking notes as needed. /li liHandle basic logistical tasks like scheduling or arranging meetings. /li liManage printing needs for the team (e.g. business cards, brochures) and coordinate with production houses. /li /ul pAd hoc tasks may be assigned as needed and the tasks outlined above may not encompass all duties required in day-to-day operations. The company reserves the right to modify or change the responsibilities of the role in accordance with evolving business needs. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least one year of relevant experience in digital marketing, content creation, or influencer marketing, with the ability to independently produce high‑quality content. /li liProficient in both written and spoken English, with strong communication skills to efficiently manage local and international client needs.
