This role is all about being there for our customers while leveraging upselling and renegotiation opportunities. It’s a blend of a nurturing role with the excitement and incentives of hitting sales targets, focusing on our enterprise clients. We’re looking for seniority, drive and ambition. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild, engage and develop top quality relationships with our enterprise customers through regular communication, constant and proactive improvement action plans. /li liManage a portfolio of customers, keep information updated daily and build tracking reports of account status. /li liAccompany clients from contract signature and guarantee a top quality onboarding, implementation and training process. /li liMaintain constant contact with existing clients to understand their requirements and needs, expectations, and strategize a personalized sales plan. /li liProvide after‑sales support, cross‑selling, up‑selling and churn management, guaranteeing a strong long‑term, transparent and trustworthy relationship. /li liEnsure prompt and accurate answers to all clients’ queries offering personalized feedback. /li liPromote and explain new products, services and functionalities to existing customers. /li liWork hand in hand with sales, product and development teams; act as their main contact person so that you can provide valuable feedback. /li liHold regular meetings through video calls with all clients to generate engagement and show product updates that fit their use cases. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEnglish language professional proficiency. Other languages are a plus.
