/li liStrategic/Analytical skills combined with strong focus on action. /li liAdvanced interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively. /li liAbility to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders internally. /li liAbility to work both collaboratively as a team across various functions and work independently. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality using both internal and external resources. /li liSuperb interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). /li /ul h3Responsibilities of the Director of Talent, Learning and Culture /h3 pAs the main head of the Talent, Learning Culture initiatives, you will be the key point of reference for management when it comes to designing and deploying the Talent strategy and initiatives in all areas and throughout the entire life cycle of people in the company. /p pYour main responsibilities are: /p h3Strategy: /h3 ul liDefine and implement the Talent, Learning Culture strategy and roadmap with programs to support evolving organizational requirements. The goals of these programs include successful and effective candidate attraction and hiring, valuable learning and sustainable people development, enhancing the effectiveness of leaders, individuals and teams, increasing organizational capacity, and accelerating business progress on strategic initiatives. /li /ul h3Talent Attraction: /h3 ul liDefine and deploy the EVP with her/his direct team and the contributions of the management team,



and implement a successful employer brand and the plan for attracting best talent and retaining key people in the organization. /li liLead the workforce planning process through the organization. /li liAssure the required talent pipeline. /li liDesign, with the Talent Acquisition Manager, the talent attraction and recruitment plan, including processes, practices and tools. /li /ul h3Learning and Development: /h3 ul liLead the development of learning roadmaps that align with role progression across the organization according to current and future needs. /li liLead the build and execution of leadership development programs including top talent, emerging leaders, new managers, tenured managers, and executive professional development. /li liPartner with the onboarding team to ensure new hires are hitting the ground running and are having an outstanding experience. /li /ul h3Evaluation and Measurement: /h3 ul liWorks closely with business leaders to identify gaps in productivity, and performance and recommends targeted business solutions to build individual and team competence. /li liDevelops measures and processes to continually assess the transfer of knowledge and training/program effectiveness. /li liDefines and deploys performance management systems and supervise the appropriate use and compliance of the established processes and action plans. /li /ul h3Culture/Diversity: /h3 ul liLead the development of a growth mindset and learning culture that's the hallmark of a fast-paced organization. /li liIncorporate Diversity into all aspects of talent management, from talent review to promotions, to succession planning, to building bench, etc. /li /ul h3Tools and Systems: /h3 ul liAssist in the selection and management of the HRIS system as well as the ATS platform. /li liStreamline multiple learning platforms to ensure optional learner experience and accessibility. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
