ph3Job Overview /h3 pThe Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is an international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion. It is open to Airbus to offer young professionals paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function. /p pVIE is a specific contract that falls under Business France’s eligibility criteria. /p h3VIE Main Requirements /h3 ul liEuropean Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco) who are graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday). /li liHave fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any. /li liMust be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28. /li /ul h3Position Details /h3 pA VIE for the (job title) role has arisen within Airbus Helicopters / Airbus Helicopters España in Albacete. You will join the Information Management department within Digital. /p pThe Digital department is launching a major project, CORE, to re-insource its IT activities in Spain. The objective is to strengthen internal Digital teams in France and Germany and establish a new structure at the Albacete University Campus with an ambitious target of 200 to 250 employees. Recruitment for all Digital roles will take place between 2026 and 2029. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate project management activities in collaboration with the internal project lead and facilitate project follow-up meetings. /li liProduce project reporting and status updates. /li liMonitor recruitment processes across France, Germany, and Spain. /li liCoordinate project-related events and milestones. /li liManage project communication and internal updates. /li liManage and maintain the project’s AppScript application. /li liCreate project templates (meeting minutes,
schedules, budget trackers). /li liOrganize governance bodies, including Steering Committees and Project Committees. /li liConsolidate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide a comprehensive overview of progress. /li liIdentify variances (schedule, costs) before they become critical. /li liEnsure reliable information reporting to Project Management/Executive leadership. /li liAnticipate HR requirements (Capacity Planning) and prevent overallocation. /li liConsolidate budgets, track actuals versus forecasts, and manage budget landings. /li liAssist management in project prioritization based on ROI and resource availability. /li liMaintain the cross-project risk register and propose mitigation plans. /li liConduct post-project reviews (Lessons Learned) to capitalize on best practices. /li /ul h3Travel Requirements /h3 pRequires business travel once a quarter to France or Germany, and the ability to travel accordingly. /p h3Required Skills and Experience /h3 ul liEducated to degree level in Information management or a related discipline. /li li2‑4 years of experience in project management (apprenticeships and internships included). /li liProficiency with the entire Google suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Apps Script). /li liTeam spirit. /li liAutonomy in the project management activities. /li liAdapted communication to various stakeholders around the project. /li liAdvanced level of English, intermediate level of Spanish. /li /ul h3Employment Type /h3 pVIE, VISC. /p h3Company /h3 pAirbus Helicopters España, SA. /p h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pAirbus is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
