We are seeking for a Senior Application Support Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. /p h3How you will make an impact /h3 ul liTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems. /li liDocument and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams. /li liMaintain and improve a list of standard operating procedures. /li liCollaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs. /li liEnsure software systems are up to date and functioning properly. /li liContribute to the product development during testing, release and hyper-care of new functionality as required. /li liLead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to achieve and exceed individual and team quotas. /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. /li li4-6 years of experience in Azure Configuration or development.
