The role focuses on the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions, helping organisations streamline workforce scheduling, time capture, leave management, and compliance processes. /p pYou will work closely with HR, Payroll, and Operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations and support successful project delivery across multiple regions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the configuration and optimisation of Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules. /li liGather business requirements through workshops and stakeholder interviews. /li liDesign and implement time and leave processes aligned with operational and payroll needs. /li liConfigure time entry, scheduling, accruals, leave plans, eligibility rules, and approval workflows. /li liSupport testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT). /li liAssist with data migration, validation, and deployment activities. /li liCollaborate with integration, payroll,
