Our solutions support decision-making across timescales ranging from real-time forecasting to long-term climate projections. /p pOur mission is simple: empower organizations to build resilience and adapt to a changing climate. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDesign, build and maintain scalable data pipelines that transform climate science into production-ready datasets and signals. /li liDevelop high-quality Python software to power climate risk products, APIs and customer-facing features. /li liWork with large geospatial and climate datasets, ensuring they are reliable, validated and ready for use. /li liCollaborate closely with climate scientists to translate research and methodologies into robust engineering solutions. /li liContribute to the full lifecycle of new climate signals, from technical discovery and prototyping through production deployment and operational support. /li liImprove engineering practices by contributing to testing, automation, documentation and code quality. /li liPartner with Product and Platform teams to integrate new datasets and capabilities into Mitiga's products. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul li1 to 4 years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering or a related technical field. /li liStrong programming skills in Python or another object-oriented language. /li liExperience building or maintaining data processing pipelines. /li liFamiliarity with Git, testing practices and APIs.



/li liExperience working with structured and semi-structured datasets. /li liStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex technical challenges. /li liExcellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across engineering, product and scientific teams. /li liA proactive attitude and ownership mentality.
