In this role you drive end-to-end healthcare operations transformations within Integrated Health Solutions, partnering with hospitals and Medtronic teams to translate strategy into measurable improvements. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, scale best practices, and accelerate value delivery across EurAsia. The position blends consulting rigor with hands-on delivery, offering exposure to large programs and senior stakeholders in a remote-friendly setup with travel. This is an opportunity to shape operating models and sustain transformative impact in healthcare.

• Lead end-to-end operations transformation programs from strategy to implementation and measurable impact

Responsabilidades
• Master's degree with strong academic record
• 7+ years of consulting experience (strategy, Big4, healthcare) or equivalent industry experience
• Proven experience leading end-to-end transformation programs with measurable results
• Strong understanding of healthcare or hospital environments and decision-making processes
• Strong xqbhyrx program and project management skills in multi-stakeholder settings
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategies into practical solutions with business impact
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, including engagement with senior/C-suite stakeholders
• Experience in supply chain, data analytics, healthcare transformation, digital health, or change management is an advantage
