As Principal Security Engineer, you lead security across game studios and drive AI-enabled transformation of security delivery. You will partner with studios to shape secure development practices, run threat modeling and security assessments, and guide secure design for games and backend systems. You’ll scale security through automation, AI-assisted workflows, and robust governance. This is a mission-driven role at a leading mobile game company, offering impact across product security, security operations, and engineering.

• Lead game and product security initiatives with game studios, developing comprehensive security strategies for design and development
• Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and security audits across the game development lifecycle
• Design and implement security controls to mitigate risks and ensure policy and industry compliance
• Advocate secure coding and integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle
• Coordinate penetration tests and feature security assessments
• Provide expert guidance to game teams for securing games and backend infrastructure
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities to improve vulnerability triage, case handling, and remediation




• Build AI-driven workflows and tools to reduce manual effort and increase speed and accuracy
• Collaborate with Security Operations to enhance detection, triage, investigation, and response via automation
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing security platforms (Wiz, SIEM, Jira, IAM systems)
• Develop reusable AI-enabled components scalable across studios
• Define guardrails for safe AI use in security, including data handling and human review
• Develop security roadmaps aligned with business priorities and threat intelligence
• Maintain documentation of security architectures and decisions for diverse stakeholders
• Stay updated on security tech, trends, and AI capabilities to improve practices

• Report on threat landscape and security posture to management
• Lead or assist in security incidents and investigations

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in Product Security, software development, or cybersecurity
• Proven track record securing large-scale software applications and systems
• Strong experience building automation and security tooling
• Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to operational workflows (highly desirable)
• Ability to communicate risk and technical information to technical and non-technical audiences
