ph3Job Summary /h3pWe are seeking an HR Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the growth of our team and workplace environment. You will play a key role in managing HR functions, streamlining office processes, and ensuring a positive, productive experience for all employees. /ppThis role involves handling recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, while also managing the smooth running of office operations. It offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to building a strong company culture in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOverseeing the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards /liliAnswering telephone calls and emails service providers / suppliers and directing them to relevant staff /liliCreating an office budget and ensuring it is followed /liliMonitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required /liliOrganising maintenance to keep the office clean and safe, and appliances are in good working order /liliReporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations /liliCarry out HR-related tasks such as payroll, administering vacation/sick leave, attendance etc. /liliCarry out data inputting such as adding new supplier details, financial data such as sales, refunds etc.
/liliCreate an efficient filing system to store relevant documents accordingly /liliAssist with any applications or other processes which require sending documentation via email / courier in addition to filling in forms as required as part of application procedures /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor degree or higher and/or 3+ years working experience in a managerial office/admin role with a background in HR /liliWorking experience/knowledge in finance would be considered an asset /liliCandidates must be native/fluent in Spanish and English (understanding, reading and writing) /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks /liliOrganization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks /liliFlexibility to help employees adjust to new tasks should company or office needs change /liliStrong interpersonal skills to interact positively with employees and management /liliLeadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employees /liliAttention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly /liliDemonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented. /li /ulh3Job Conditions /h3ulliFull-time (40 hours per week) /liliWorking hours are from 08:00 - 17:00, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) /liliOffice-based /liliCompetitive salary and benefits /liliA collaborative work environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
