ppAVATR, a premium intelligent electric vehicle brand, is seeking a Legal Manager to join our Europe Overseas Business Development team at our Madrid subsidiary. Together with the team, you will support AVATR’s expansion in the Spanish market across business development, sales, marketing, aftersales, and network operations. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liContract Drafting Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts (dealership agreements, NDAs, sales contracts, supplier agreements, etc.) to ensure the company’s legal rights and interests are fully protected. /li liCompliance Monitoring Risk Control: Monitor regulatory changes in Spain and the EU (competition law, data protection, consumer rights law, etc.) to ensure all business operations comply with local compliance requirements. /li liCorporate Governance Entity Setup: Support legal matters related to company incorporation, corporate governance, and license/permit applications to ensure lawful business operations.



/li liLabor Law Support: Assist with employment-related matters such as employee onboarding, labor contract management, and social security registration to ensure labor law compliance. /li liDispute Resolution External Management: Manage external law firms and assist in handling potential disputes and quality claims, effectively controlling legal costs. /li /ul h3What you will bring: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or above in law; Spanish bar admission preferred. /li li3+ years of legal practice experience; experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or multinational corporate legal department is a plus. /li liExpertise in Spanish contract law, corporate law, labor law, and data protection regulations. /li liFluent in English and Spanish as working languages; Chinese proficiency is a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
