You’ll work with diverse teams across 40+ countries, contribute to strategic decisions, and help build a modern, data‑driven total rewards function from the ground up. The working model for this role is hybrid, and the location is flexible across Robotics locations in Europe, Asia and the US. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the design, development, and governance of job architecture and grading, pay benchmarking, budgeting and the annual single cycle. /li liEnsure alignment of job architecture, grading and base pay programs with business goals, HR strategy and total rewards philosophy. /li liOversee end‑to‑end execution of the annual cycle process, partnering with local HR teams and HR Services for effective administration.



/li liManage relationships with integral survey data providers. /li liMaintain continuous improvement of job architecture, grading, benchmarking and the annual cycle, studying and utilizing market best practices for e.g. automating analytics and utilizing AI while maintaining effectiveness and responding to business needs. /li liProvide specialist consultation and guidance to HR and business leaders on base pay‑related matters. /li liOwn and lead base pay‑related communications, training and employee engagement initiatives. /li liProvide input to integral performance and reward strategy. /li liAct as the HRIS process owner for the dedicated responsibility area. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExtensive experience in managing global job architecture, grading and single cycle processes. /li liDemonstrated ability in benchmarking and salary range development. /li liProficient analytical and project management skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights. /li liProficient in managing relationships with stakeholders and communicating effectively across diverse geographies. /li liExperience with survey data platforms. /li liSkilled at operating without direct supervision and carrying out strategic initiatives in a multifaceted and matrixed setting. /li liFlexibility to support other PR activities as needed, plus adaptability, interest in innovation and good collaboration skills. /li /ul pWe value people from different backgrounds.
