Responsibilities

- Shape Our Strategy: Define and implement seasonal and long‑term omnichannel buying strategies for our Jersey category.

- Create Inspiring Assortments: Develop assortment strategies that balance consumer demand, market trends, brand identity, and financial goals.

- Collaborate with Design: Work closely with Design, identify product opportunities, and actively influence development.

- Drive Vendor Success: Lead supplier negotiations, secure the best costs, margins, quality, and delivery terms, and build strategic partnerships.

- Optimize Performance: Manage drop strategies, product lifecycles, and inventory while analyzing sales performance and market trends for data‑driven adjustments in real time.

- Mentor & Grow: Guide Junior Buyers, share your knowledge, and help them thrive professionally.

Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.

- Strengths: Strategic, business‑minded, deeply passionate about fashion, understanding consumer behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and using data to make smart decisions.

- Profile: Significant buying experience, ideally in Knits or similar fast‑fashion categories; skilled negotiator, highly organized, excellent communicator in Spanish, proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint). Knowledge of SAP or Oracle and additional languages such as English or German is a plus.
