If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in. /p h3Role overview /h3 pThe HR Manager (Southern Europe) will be instrumental in providing expert HR advice and guidance across employee lifecycle experiences including onboarding, offboarding, probation periods, maternity, sickness absence and performance management.They will be a local specialist, designing and implementing People local operations to fit within the general frameworks, as well as working with business stakeholders and HR Business Partners on local execution of the functional People strategies. /p h3Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: /h3 h3People Culture Strategy /h3 ul liWork with the EMEA and global teams to localise People Culture strategies and tactics to ensure maximum impact and engagement. /li liMonitor,analyse and provide insights regarding ‘organisational health’, People Culture KPIs and metrics that can form part of the wider EMEA PC strategies or operational improvements. /li /ul h3Employee Experience /h3 ul liSecond point of contact for HR advice to managers and team members escalating matters to the People Experience Director or HR Business Partner where needed. /li /ul ul liWork with the EMEA payroll, benefits administration team to ensure HR administration,



benefits, policies and processes are compliant with local laws and regulations, whilst also conveying the SharkNinja’s culture and mindset. /li liResponsible for local communication regarding new policies and processes. /li /ul ul liManagement of employee relation s matters by providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws specific to the countries in their scope. Conduct informal and formal investigations or processes, in a compliant, consistent and fair manor. /li /ul ul liDrive employee engagement initiatives that underpin our culture and that are tailored to the regional needs of the local teams.
