In this role you will design and extend core runtime features for the Engine trio: Expression Language, Data Mapper, and Decision Engine. You will embed Rust as a native component inside Ruby and Go services, and evolve the Decision Engine to support formulas. You’ll help harden WASM sandboxing so components run in isolation while collaborating closely with Product and AI teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape high-performance, scalable infrastructure that powers real-time automation at scale. You’ll join a collaborative, innovation-driven culture focused on trustworthy, enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsabilidades
• Deep hands-on Rust experience at a systems/backend level
• Go competence with production ability
• Proven experience embedding Rust as a library in other runtimes (Rust-in-Ruby, Rust-in-Go)
• Strong algorithms and data-structures fundamentals
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and edge-case hunting
• Experience xqbhyrx handling millions of requests/events per day
• Excellent technical writing and cross-team communication abilities
• Experience planning phased implementations and leading complex cross-team projects
• Proven track record with feature flags, gradual rollouts, and zero-downtime deployments
• Ability to facilitate architectural decisions and create technical roadmaps
• Mentorship mindset and cost analysis capabilities
