With 450+ employees across 4 continents and $20B+ in loans originated, we are looking for a motivated IT Specialist based in Spain to support our growing, globally distributed team. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liIT Support User Operations: Provide Tier 1 Tier 2 troubleshooting (hardware, software, network) for local and remote global users. Manage onboarding/offboarding, access requests, and maintain Windows/macOS endpoints. /li liCloud SaaS Administration: Assist with operational support in AWS (IAM, EC2, S3), Google Workspace, and Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID (SSO, MFA, access controls). /li liDocumentation: Create and maintain internal runbooks, user-facing knowledge base articles, and document recurring technical issues. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liExperience: 1–2 years in IT support, cloud operations, or systems administration. /li liRemote Support: Proven experience assisting integral users via ticketing systems, chat, and video calls. /li liTechnical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Windows and/or macOS environment support. /li liSkills: Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, strong documentation habits,
