ppWelcome to MST Holding! /p pWe are looking for German with an excellent level of English to join our amazing Helpdesk Team in Barcelona! /p pWe offer a two-week training program in August, followed by the official start of the role on 1 September, giving you the opportunity to build your skills and get ready for success from day one /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pJoin us as a Full-Time Helpdesk Specialist! You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance for multifunction printers and related devices. /p pYour daily tasks will include: /p ul liHandling customer inquiries via phone and chat. /li liProviding technical support and troubleshooting. /li liSupporting customers from the UK market and one additional market (French, Swedish, Italian). /li liDelivering a high-quality customer experience while resolving technical issues efficiently. /li /ul h3WHAT WE OFFER /h3 ul liMonday to Friday schedule – weekends are for relaxing! /li li39-hour workweek, with shifts scheduled between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM /li liAnnual gross salary of €19,623.91,



plus a monthly productivity and quality bonus of up to €160 gross (up to €1,920 gross per year). /li liTwo weeks of training at the Barcelona work centre, scheduled to begin on 3 August.
