This role covers sourcing, recruitment delivery, talent pipeline building, and employer branding initiatives that make a real impact. /p pIt isn’t just about filling roles — it’s about shaping how we engage and excite talent in one of the fastest-growing industries. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liLead end-to-end hiring for roles across EMEA, especially in data centres, engineering, construction, operations, and corporate functions. /li liBuild pipelines by sourcing and engaging high‑calibre passive talent across EMEA. /li liAct as a brand ambassador, supporting recruitment marketing campaigns and talent community initiatives that grow awareness across the region.
