ppThis role supports the French Finance team by assisting with day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and basic analysis. The position is based in Madrid and contributes to ensuring accurate financial records, supporting month-end closing, and helping the business maintain financial visibility and control. /p h3JOB DUTIES /h3 ul liAssist the Finance Manager with the monthly closing process, supporting activities such as the preparation and posting of journal entries within the defined framework. /li liAssist in preparing basic financial reports and analysis for the French Finance team. /li liHelp maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. /li liSupport monitoring of expenses and assist in tracking indirect spend. /li liPrepare data and supporting files for forecasting and budgeting activities. /li liAssist in following up on outstanding items (e.g. accruals, invoices). /li liProvide administrative and analytical support to the Finance team and business stakeholders. /li liCollaborate with other departments to ensure correct financial processing (e.g. purchasing, sales, operations). /li liSupport audits by preparing documentation and responding to basic information requests. /li liAttend finance meetings with the Country Leadership Team in a supporting capacity. /li liContribute to continuous improvement of finance processes and tools.
