Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission. /p h3Position Objective /h3 pProvide operational support to the Production team in the day‑to‑day management of the Fan Zone, contributing to the smooth operation of facilities, activations, public areas, and services throughout the setup, live event, and dismantling phases. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport daily production operations within assigned Fan Zone areas. /li liAssist with the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of operational infrastructure, furniture, signage, branding elements, and activation spaces. /li liPerform basic logistical tasks, including material distribution, inventory support, and replenishment of supplies. /li liProvide support to Backstage, Hospitality, Accreditation, and Participant Services teams when required.



/li liMonitor the condition and functionality of Fan Zone facilities and infrastructure, reporting any issues to the Production team. /li liAssist in coordinating suppliers, contractors, and operational service providers working within the Fan Zone. /li liMaintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation standards in assigned areas. /li liSupport crowd flow management, access control, and the operational requirements of Fan Zone activations and experiences. /li liIdentify, report, and escalate operational issues, incidents, or requirements to the Production Coordinator or Production Manager. /li liPerform general operational and logistical support duties to ensure the successful execution of Fan Zone activities. /li /ul h3Deliverables /h3 ul liDaily operational checklists and status reports for assigned Fan Zone areas. /li liIncident and maintenance reporting logs. /li liMaterial distribution and inventory tracking records, where applicable. /li liEnd‑of‑event operational report summarizing support activities, issues encountered, and recommendations for future improvements. /li /ul pFever is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workspace where everyone’s background and ideas count.
