ppDescripción del trabajo About UsAt THEKER, we’re taking on one of the greatest challenges of the 21st century: redefining how physical work gets done in the world. We are a robotics and AI company building intelligent, adaptable systems that solve problems traditional automation never could. From Barcelona, our mission is to create a generation-defining company leading the robotics revolution. By joining us, you will have the chance to do the most meaningful work of your life, setting a new standard for industrial automation and driving breakthroughs with integral reach, while being surrounded by a focused, talent-dense team that shares this ambition and is here to win. We recently closed the largest robotics Series A in Europe's history, and we're looking for the top 0.01% of talent to take on that mission with us, and build the biggest company in the world. /ph3Your role: /h3pWe are looking for a Supply Chain Procurement Analyst to build and own THEKER's purchasing function from the ground up. THEKER builds physical robots. That means a continuous flow of electronic components, mechanical parts, sensors, cables, and custom hardware, often with tight timelines and no room for supply chain failure. Right now, procurement is distributed across the engineering team. Your job is to change that. You will create structure: qualify and manage suppliers, drive cost discipline, reduce lead times, and ensure the right components are available when the engineering and integration teams need them. You will work directly with Mechanical, Electronics, and Robotics Integration engineers on sourcing decisions, BOM management, and component availability, becoming the operational backbone of everything we build. /ph3What we’re looking for /h3ulliDegree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management,
Business Administration, or related field. /liliExperience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles, preferably in hardware, electronics, or industrial environments. /liliExperience managing supplier relationships, running RFQs, and handling purchase orders end to end. /liliStrong attention to detail on pricing, lead times, and quality. /liliComfortable working in a fast-moving environment with incomplete information and shifting priorities. /liliFluent English. Spanish is a plus. /liliBased in Barcelona or willing to relocate (100% on-site role). /li /ulh3Nice to have /h3ulliExperience in robotics, industrial automation, electronics manufacturing, or deep tech. /liliFamiliarity with ERP or procurement tools (SAP, Odoo, or similar). /liliExperience sourcing electronic components or custom mechanical parts. /liliKnowledge of incoterms, customs processes, and international purchasing. /li /ulh3You’ll thrive at THEKER if /h3ulliYou're excited by a fast-paced and ambitious environment. The opportunity ahead of us is enormous, and we're going all in to capture it. /liliYou want responsibility early on, delivering at world-class standards. /liliYou enjoy building things from scratch — processes, supplier bases, systems — and leaving them better than you found them. /liliYou're open to feedback, collaborative, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
/li /ulh3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn the end-to-end procurement process: sourcing, RFQs, supplier selection, PO management, and delivery follow-up. /liliBuild and maintain a qualified supplier base for electronics, mechanical components, and custom hardware. /liliWork with engineering teams on BOM management, component selection, and alternative sourcing when needed. /liliTrack pricing and lead times across suppliers, identifying opportunities to reduce cost and improve reliability. /liliMonitor open POs and delivery timelines, proactively flagging supply risks before they impact production or deployment. /liliManage inventory levels for recurring components, balancing availability against cash tied up in stock. /liliBuild procurement infrastructure from scratch: approval workflows, spend visibility, vendor evaluation criteria, and documentation standards. /liliSupport new product development by anticipating component lead times and sourcing requirements early in the design process. /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliBeing part of a fast-growing robotics and AI company with genuine ambition, where your career can accelerate alongside us. /liliThe chance to make a real impact from day one, building the supply chain of a new category of intelligent robots. /liliA focused, talent-dense team where your work is visible and your decisions count. /liliAn environment where new ideas are encouraged and your contributions shape both the operations and the company. /lili100% on-site work in Barcelona. /li /ulpWe’re committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion. We welcome all applications regardless of background, age, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or beliefs. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
