They keep our technological ecosystem secure and running smoothly. /p pThe IAM team ensures that the right people have the right access at the right time, safeguarding our systems, applications, and infrastructure. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 ul lipbIdentity Access Operations /b — Manage the full identity lifecycle across Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and on‑prem AD; administer app access, roles, RBAC, MFA, directory sync, and resolve complex IAM incidents. /p /li lipbAutomation Optimization /b — Streamline workflows and reduce MTTR through PowerShell, Power Automate, and proactive monitoring of identity health and access activities. /p /li lipbDocumentation Reporting /b — Produce audit‑ready runbooks, SOPs, and technical guides; build actionable Power BI dashboards to support audits and compliance. /p /li lipbCollaboration Governance /b — Partner with IT teams to accelerate issue resolution, uphold security KPIs, flag risks early,
