The role is committed, results-driven, and oriented towards profit and customer satisfaction, always ensuring the highest result achievement. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as an industry expert, supporting both internal and external stakeholders with all technical inquiries. /li liHandle technical inquiry tickets via the OEM platform and achieve related KPIs. /li liTroubleshoot and identify claims in a professional manner. /li liConduct Homologation Studies and communicate with the OEM. /li liSupport the technical manager with the technical training plan and take initiatives to implement technical training to ensure customers fully understand product features and benefits, and to systematically increase market share. /li liAnalyze and improve performance regarding the latest regional regulations on warranty, service campaigns, etc. /li liActively contributes to maintenance price calculation, developing standards, processes, and procedures in the automotive aftersales business.
