As a Data Architect at Allianz Services Spain, you will define and govern modern data architectures aligned with Group standards. You’ll design data platforms (lakehouse, data mesh) and ensure data governance, quality, and AI readiness across end-to-end data flows. You’ll translate complex concepts for technical and business stakeholders and guide cross-functional delivery. This role offers impact on data products, governance, and responsible AI within a large, multinational setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define architecture standards, blueprints and reference architectures aligned with Group Data strategy
• Design end-to-end data flows from ingestion to consumption (BI, analytics, AI) and standardize Azure-based data platforms
• Contribute to data cataloguing, lineage, governance tooling, and data quality/compliance patterns
• Specify monitoring/telemetry patterns for data reliability and compliance
• Define patterns for interoperable data products and cross-entity data sharing
• Develop AI/ML integration patterns and ensure data products are AI-ready




• Provide architectural guidance to engineering teams and stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 5-8 years of hands-on data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise architecture experience
• Strong knowledge of modern data platform architectures (Data Mesh, Data Lakehouse, medallion architecture) and cloud-native platforms (Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric)
• Experience designing and governing Data Products (contracts, lineage, quality gates) and familiarity with governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, TOGAF)
• Understanding of regulatory data requirements relevant to financial services or insurance (DORA, IFRS 17, xqbhyrx Solvency II)
• Experience with data cataloguing and governance tools (Informatica IDMC, Unity Catalogue) and AI/ML pipelines
• Knowledge of API/integration standards (REST, OpenAPI, MCP, Kafka/AsyncAPI) and ability to present architectural concepts
• Strong written communication and ability to work in a matrixed, multinational organization
• Interest in IT and Generative AI (GenAI) as valuable assets
