The position reports to the bRestaurant Manager / Outlet Manager /b. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide friendly, professional and personalized service to guests in accordance with Mandarin Oriental standards. /li liTake food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely delivery. /li liMaintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages and daily specials. /li liPrepare, set up and maintain dining areas to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness. /li liAnticipate guest needs and handle requests and concerns efficiently and courteously. /li liPresent and explain menu concepts, ingredients and chef recommendations to guests. /li liDeliver personalized and anticipatory service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. /li liCoordinate closely with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service execution. /li liMaintain detailed knowledge of seasonal menus, wine pairings and signature dishes. /li liContribute to creating memorable guest experiences through attention to detail and genuine hospitality. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /li liPassion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. /li liExcellent Food Beverage product knowledge. /li liHighly responsible, reliable and service‑oriented.
