This platform enhances interactions between brands and customers, enabling general merchants to distribute a wide range of discounts to users of various digital payment platforms, ultimately helping them acquire and retain consumers. /p h3Position Overview /h3 pYou will be responsible for the design and iteration of core card acquiring products, deeply involved in technical integration and compliance certification with international card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.). You will continuously optimize transaction success rates through data‑driven and algorithmic engineering approaches, and enhance the merchant standard integration interface to improve the merchant onboarding experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liStandard Card Acquiring Product Design Architecture: Lead the overall architectural design of standard card acquiring products, building a high‑availability, high‑success‑rate payment processing framework based on the technical specifications of international card schemes such as Visa and Mastercard. /li liDesign principles: deeply understand fundamental design principles of credit card payments,



carrying out product framework design and application in accordance with international card scheme specifications, ensuring product leadership in technology, compliance, and user experience. /li liIntegration of new card schemes or acquiring channels: Lead the entire process of technical integration, sandbox testing, and compliance certification. /li liPayment Success Rate Optimization: Design and drive implementation of optimization solutions for high‑frequency failure scenarios (e.g., specific BIN ranges, specific regions, specific banks), including smart routing strategy adjustments, 3DS verification flow optimization, and message format specification optimization. /li liAlgorithmic Engineering Application: Integrate machine learning algorithms (XGBoost, LightGBM) with payment business scenarios, collaborate with the algorithm team on feature engineering, model training, and deployment, develop an intelligent decision engine to enable dynamic transaction decision adjustments, and validate the business value of algorithm models through A/B testing. /li liMerchant Integration Interface Optimization Onboarding Experience Enhancement: Identify and optimize standard API integration documentation based on failed transaction analysis, continuously iterate the merchant onboarding process, improving documentation quality and usability. /li liCross‑Functional Collaboration Requirements Management: Liaise with operations,



sales, customer support, and other teams to gather and organize business requirements, prioritize product features based on data analysis and business value assessment, and collaborate with engineering, QA, risk control, algorithm, and other teams to ensure efficient delivery of product requirements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Business, or a related field. /li li3–5 years of experience in credit card acquiring product design. Proficiency in common international credit card products and standards such as 3D Secure 2.0, Tokenization, and PCI‑DSS compliance. Familiarity with the ISO 8583 message standard is a plus. /li liPrior experience working with card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay), acquiring banks, or third‑party acquiring institutions is preferred. /li liExcellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate across engineering, risk control, algorithm, operations, and other teams. /li liFull‑cycle experience in feature engineering and model deployment. Experience with machine learning techniques is preferred. /li liData‑driven mindset, accustomed to letting data speak and guide decisions. Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (SQL, Python, R, Excel) is preferred. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience designing smart routing systems or success rate optimization platforms. /li liExperience building A/B testing platforms or designing experiments. /li liFamiliarity with acquiring products from international payment providers such as Fiuu, Stripe, Adyen, and Checkout.com. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
