ph3Job Description /h3 pThe Oncology Translational Research Group opens a fully-funded Advanced Technician position until December 2026, to work with 3D-tissue culture for disease modeling and precision medicine. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, perform, develop, adapt and implement experimental protocols and new research techniques. /li liMaintain detailed experimental records and documentation, and analyze results in collaboration with the Principal Investigator and the Scientific Coordinator. /li liParticipate in the preparation of scientific publications and presentations. /li liMeet regularly with the Principal Investigator / Scientific Coordinator to discuss research progress and future plans. /li liTrain and support new group members and, where applicable, provide mentorship. /li liProcess human tumor samples, perform molecular assays and general cell biology techniques, support organoid maintenance, and process and analyze experimental data. /li /ul h3Qualifications And Experiencie /h3 ul liCandidates must have a degree in biomedical sciences and life science or equivalent experience; a Ph.D. in life science is highly valuable. /li liExtensive cell culture experience is a prerequisite. Background in in vivo models is a plus. /li liExpertise in microscopy, cell and molecular techniques such as PCR, qPCR, cytometry and CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing, and western blotting are strongly preferred. /li liCandidate must have demonstrated aptitude to perform experimental protocols and procedures. Excellent communication skills and Fluent English are required. /li liScientific productivity will be highly valued. /li liThe position further requires excellent organizational capacity, outstanding troubleshooting skills, and strong team working skills.
