You will work closely with senior team members and clients to deliver high-quality accounting and advisory solutions across a variety of industries. /p h3Key Responsibilities Will Include /h3 ul liWork on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in Spain and across Europe, working closely with our Directors the wider TAG team. /li liWork with a variety of large‑cap and mid‑cap Private Equity houses, corporate clients and financial institutions providing you with broad industry exposure. /li liGain constant exposure to our Directors Managing Directors leveraging their substantial deal experience and be proactively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing. /li liUse the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction.



/li liWork alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process. /li liNetwork internally with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross‑service line relationships. /li liBe active in the market, supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in originating new client relationships. /li /ul h3Essential Experience /h3 ul liStrong educational background and exceptional academic record, including a strong focus on Finance, Accounting and/or Mathematics. /li liExperience in Audit (4-5 years) within a Big4 firm, Private Equity exposure is highly advantageous. /li liFluent business level English and Spanish is essential.
