You will own architectural decisions across a Node.js and Next.js stack, set engineering standards, conduct code reviews, drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools including GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, and act as the primary technical counterpart to client stakeholders. The role combines architecture, delivery ownership, and direct client engagement across a distributed engineering team.br/ /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 ul liOwn the technical direction and architecture of the platform across backend (Node.js) and frontend (Next.js); /li liLead and mentor a team of senior backend, frontend, QA automation, and AI engineers; /li liTranslate business initiatives into technical roadmaps, break down epics, and drive estimation; /li liConduct code reviews, define engineering standards, and safeguard code quality across the team; /li liDrive adoption of an AI-driven SDLC by integrating AI‑assisted development tools into day‑to‑day workflows; /li liPartner with client stakeholders on architecture reviews, technical strategy,
