A local construction company, Empresa construcció, based in Calvià is actively searching for two qualified Lead Painters to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this position, you will execute high-quality painting and finishing work for both residential and commercial projects in Calvià and surrounding areas.

Your core duties include:

- Preparing surfaces thoroughly using filling, sanding, and priming techniques before application
- Performing interior painting, lacquering, wallpaper hanging, and advanced surface treatments
- Carrying out exterior painting, facade protective coatings, and exterior maintenance
- Handling complete renovation, restoration, and property rehabilitation projects
- Executing precise repair jobs and meticulous touch-up work across different job sites

To succeed in this role,



you should meet the following practical requirements:

- A minimum of 6 months of proven practical experience in professional painting
- Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent qualification)
- A valid Category B driving licence to ensure mobility for project locations
- A strong sense of responsibility, craftsmanship, and dedication to high-quality work

Here is what the employer offers you:

- A permanent full-time contract with standard working hours from 08:00 to 17:00
