As Senior Manager - Data u0026amp; AI Governance, you will shape enterprise-wide governance for data and AI assets, ensuring they are trusted, accessible and responsibly managed. You will drive governance frameworks, standards, and policies, and enable adoption across business domains in a cross-functional setting. Your work will underpin scalable data and AI capabilities at Symrise, working with both business and technology stakeholders. This role offers the chance to influence governance practices at a integral scale and contribute to responsible AI adoption.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in data governance, AI governance, data management, or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks, policies, and operating models
• Experience leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives xqbhyrx
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams
• Knowledge of access management, governance processes, and data lifecycle concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for data-driven transformation and responsible AI adoption
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
