/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liLead life science customers in the rapid configuration and implementation of eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments solutions /li liParticipate in workshops to discuss requirements with customers /li liGuide customers toward best design decisions /li liDocument design decisions /li liMonitor Veeva Vault configuration to ensure the matching with the agreed design /li liSupport customers in validation activities and write validation documentation /li liDeliver onsite or remote training /li liSubmit product enhancement requests based on project experience /li liEnsure customer success from beginning to end of the engagement lifecycle /li liHave fun and work with an awesome team! /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience working in clinical trials with a demonstrated understanding of compliance considerations and processes /li liAND / OR experience working on implementation projects as a consultant, business, or IT lead for at least one of the following solutions: eTMF, CTMS, Site Connect, Study Training, Study Startup, and Payments /li liSome understanding of life sciences content management principles /li liSome understanding of life sciences compliance and computer systems validation requirements /li liProven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment /li liAbility to travel as required /li liBachelor's degree or above /li liGood communication skills in English /li liQualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the European Union and the UK.
