You will become part of a cross-functional, DevOps-oriented team responsible for building and delivering modern, secure, and scalable digital banking solutions. /p pThis role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about software engineering excellence, enjoy working with both backend and frontend technologies, and want to contribute to high-impact products in a fast-paced Agile environment. /p h3Hybrid Model in Madrid (3x2) /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork collaboratively within a cross-functional Agile team operating under a DevOps model. /li liDesign, develop, deploy, release, and monitor high-quality software applications. /li liParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. /li liParticipate in planning, backlog refinement, and feature definition sessions.



/li liWork closely with Solution Architects to align developments with the organization’s architecture strategy. /li liContribute actively to Software Engineering communities, sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues. /li liEnsure code quality, maintainability, testing, and adherence to engineering standards. /li liPromote continuous improvement and ownership throughout the software development lifecycle. /li /ul h3Mandatory Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer in enterprise environments. /li liStrong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. /li liExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs and service-oriented architectures. /li liStrong knowledge of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript. /li liSolid experience working with Oracle SQL or similar relational databases. /li liUnderstanding of DevOps principles, Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Deployment (CD). /li liExperience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD). /li liKnowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments. /li liFamiliarity with OpenAPI specifications and UML. /li liExperience working within Agile methodologies. /li liStrong communication skills and excellent English level (written and spoken). /li liProactive mindset, ownership attitude,
