Our first unit opened in Justicia, Madrid in Q4 2025, blending architecture, wellness, and hospitality into a refined communal experience. We are now opening Riela 02. We are looking for a Manager to fully own daily operations in Riela 01 and Riela 02 in Madrid. This role focuses on leadership, structure, and execution, ensuring the space runs flawlessly every day without escalations. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and operate Riela 01 and Riela 02 as a standalone business unit, with full responsibility for operations, team, guest experience, and unit profitability. /liliTrack KPIs (occupancy, reviews, incidents, costs) and send structured daily and weekly reports to HQ. /liliPropose improvements to operations and workflow. /liliLead and manage the host team, set daily standards and enforce them calmly. /liliOversee schedules, staffing and coverage, and supervise opening and closing procedures. /liliMaintain cleanliness and atmosphere at all times; control towels, laundry, stock,



and supplier coordination. /liliFollow up on maintenance issues until resolved and anticipate problems before they appear. /liliHandle incidents with composure and ensure every guest journey flows seamlessly. /liliProtect the brand standards at all times. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExperienced managing teams in hospitality, wellness, 5* hotels or member clubs. /liliHospitality education (EHL, Les Roches, Glion, etc.). /liliStructured, decisive, calm under pressure, detail‑obsessed and operationally sharp. /liliComfortable giving direction and setting boundaries. /liliFluent in Spanish and English. /liliFlexible with hours, including weekends. /li /ulh3Job Details /h3pExperience: Required.br/Languages: Spanish – Advanced; English – Advanced.br/Work Hours: Full time.br/Salary: Starting from €35,000 per year.br/Benefits: Stock Options. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
