We are looking for an experienced bProduct Owner with strong expertise in Customer Data /b to help drive strategic data initiatives across a global insurance environment. /ppIn this role, you will work closely with business and data teams to shape customer data standards, improve data quality and readiness, and support the adoption of Data AI solutions across multiple international entities. /ph3What You'll Be Doing /h3ullipDrive the evolution of customer data definitions, frameworks, and best practices across the organization. /p /lilipHelp establish consistent standards for customer-related data, including B2C, B2B, beneficiaries, company representatives, and other customer roles. /p /lilipContribute to the definition of data requirements covering data quality, governance, architecture, platforms, data products, and unstructured data. /p /lilipSupport the design and implementation of data quality and data readiness assessment frameworks. /p /lilipDefine and develop dashboards to monitor data quality and maturity across different entities. /p /lilipPartner with stakeholders across business, data, and technology teams to ensure alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements. /p /lilipContribute to data quality improvement initiatives and remediation plans.



/p /lilipCollaborate with Data Office teams and domain leaders on strategic Customer Data programs. /p /li /ulbr/h3What We're Looking For /h3ullip8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Data Management, Data Analysis, or Customer Data-related roles. /p /lilipStrong understanding of Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Architecture concepts. /p /lilipExperience working with customer data processes such as Master Data Management (MDM) and deduplication. /p /lilipProven involvement in integral Customer 360 initiatives, from scoping and stakeholder engagement to requirements gathering and solution design. /p /lilipKnowledge of Data Product and Data Mesh principles. /p /lilipUnderstanding of KYC-related processes, compliance requirements, eKYC, and eIDV. /p /lilipHands-on experience with Power BI. /p /lilipProfessional proficiency in English. /p /li /ulh3What Will Make You Successful /h3ullipAbility to bridge the gap between business and technology teams. /p /lilipStrong stakeholder management skills in international environments. /p /lilipStrategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery capabilities. /p /lilipPassion for improving data quality, consistency, and business value through data. /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
