ph3Overview /h3pAs an bIntern Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the Spanish market /b, you will join a CSM Unit in charge of supporting our clients in the implementation of their ESG reputation programs. Reporting to a CSM Lead, in liaison with the Country Manager, your missions will be as follows: /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide technical and functional support to clients in conducting their surveys: on‑boarding of customers on the back‑office, presentation of the different functionalities available to them, accompaniment in the parameterization of the survey and throughout the project, and closing of the survey and accreditation. /liliDetect customer needs: identify and report to the Country Manager or Account Executive the customer needs in an up‑sell logic (additional SaaS products, post‑survey support, training, etc.). /liliParticipate and take responsibility in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving the customer experience in using the platform. /li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliCurrently enrolling in a Master of Business or University degree, or completing a second‑part internship or graduation.



/liliA first experience in an HR or SaaS environment would be a plus. /liliReal appetite for HR concepts (understanding the HR issues of our customers, employer branding, recruitment, etc.) and project management. /liliRigorous, educational, and excellent interpersonal skills with a sense of service. /liliFluency in Spanish; preferably an excellent level of English and/or Italian. /liliExperience in project management or customer service essential for accompanying clients and bringing them on board in our ChooseMyCompany reputation universe. /liliComfort with HRIS tools is a plus. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pPosition based in our co‑working in Barcelona.
