The office is located in central Madrid. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with small, cross‑functional teams—Product Manager, Data Scientist, Engineer, and key stakeholders—to deliver visible outcomes quickly. /li liDesign, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and serving, supporting both analytics and machine learning use cases. /li liDevelop and productionize machine learning pipelines, covering training, validation, deployment, and monitoring. /li liTranslate notebooks and prototypes into robust, production‑ready machine learning systems. /li liImplement model deployment patterns (batch, real‑time, or hybrid) using APIs, scheduled jobs, or event‑driven architectures. /li liBuild and maintain feature pipelines and data abstractions that enable reproducible and reliable model behavior.



/li liEnsure data quality, versioning, and traceability across datasets and models. /li liOptimize pipelines and ML workloads for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency. /li liWork with DevOps and Platform teams to deploy solutions using containerization and CI/CD best practices. /li liContribute to defining data engineering and MLOps standards across AI Labs, and mentor junior team members. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProficient in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. /li liStrong proficiency in Python, with experience in clean code practices, packaging, and modular design. /li liSolid understanding of software engineering principles (OOP, SOLID, testing, version control). /li liHands‑on experience building data pipelines (ETL / ELT) using Python frameworks or custom solutions. /li liExperience with machine learning workflows, including model training, evaluation, and deployment. /li liFamiliarity with REST APIs and service‑based architectures (FastAPI, Flask, or similar). /li liStrong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. /li liExperience with containerization (Docker) and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
