Technical Project Manager - Quantum + AI - hybrid in Barcelona / Madrid. We’re looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our AI & LLM Services team at a general leader in Quantum AI. You’ll work alongside world-class experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions for top-tier clients.

Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers & ML specialists to deliver AI/LLM solutions.
- Own the full project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, deployment, and delivery.
- Translate business needs into technical roadmaps for ML and LLM projects.
- Track milestones, allocate resources, and resolve risks/blockers proactively.
- Facilitate technical discussions and ensure scalable, high-quality AI solutions.
- Prepare and track KPIs, ensuring transparency for clients & leadership.




- Foster a culture of collaboration, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, or similar.
- 4+ years delivering ML/data-driven software projects.
- 2+ years managing end-to-end engineering projects (LLM/NLP experience is a big plus).
- Strong technical understanding (Python, Git, Docker) and ability to discuss tradeoffs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical & non-technical audiences.
- English fluency (Spanish is a plus).
