ph3Senior Scientist (Study Director) – Large Molecule Bioanalysis /h3 pBarcelona, Spain /p h3Main Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate the validation of analytical methods to quantify drugs, anti-drug antibodies or biomarkers in biological matrices by ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD) cell-based assays according to international guidelines. /li liCoordinate sample analysis projects, including regulated and non-regulated, pre-clinical and clinical studies. /li liDeliver extensive and effective communication with sponsors and timely delivery of results. /li liOrganize and line-manage laboratory personnel. /li liEffectively resolve technical and regulatory issues. /li liActively support Senior Management and participate in strategic projects to optimize procedures. /li /ul h3Required Profile Qualifications /h3 ul liPhD, MSc or BSc in biology or related subject. /li liMinimum 3-years experience in bioanalytical CROs. /li liExperience working with ELISA, MSD or other Ligand Binding techniques. /li liExperience in managing validation and sample analysis projects for determination of Immunogenicity and PK for pre-clinical and clinical studies.
