Keep reading! /ph3Your mission /h3pAs mentioned, you will assist us in all our legal matters, from legal research to litigation assistance. /ppIn order to achieve your mission, you will: /ppLegal Research: Assist the General Counsel and legal team with legal research and analysis across various jurisdictions (e.g., Spanish, UK) on corporate, commercial, and financial law matters. /ppLitigation and Debt Recovery Support: Assist the Recoveries team with the preparation of documentation for judicial and extrajudicial claims and debt collection proceedings.. /ppCase Management: Organize and track legal and recovery case files, ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded and deadlines are met. /ppContract Management : Support the drafting, review, and management of commercial agreements, including NDAs, service agreements, and financial documentation. /ppGeneral Legal Administration : Provide administrative support to the Legal Department. /ppIn doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of Novicap’s long-term growth plans /ph3How will you do it? /h3pWith integrity. transparency and clarity are the cornerstones of our work. We are a young and dynamic team that’s waiting for you with arms open! /ph3You are who we are looking for if you: /h3pAre currently pursuing a Law Degree (Grado en Derecho), a Master's in Law (Máster de Acceso a la Abogacía), or related postgraduate studies and are able to sign a Curricular or Extracurricular Internship Agreement with a recognized university or educational institution. /ppHave the ability to anticipate needs, take ownership of tasks, and propose solutions without constant supervision. /ppHave a high level of professionalism and integrity /ppHave strong communication skills /ppAre adaptable, resilient and a team player /ppExcellent command of Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. /ppStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude. /ppProficiency in Google Workspace environment and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
