Experteer Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer in the FinCore team, you will develop and optimise our multi-currency accounting and FX platform. You will work within a diverse, cross-continental team to push the platform to the next level and improve the FX experience for clients and operations. You’ll own features from discovery to delivery, collaborating with product and operations to align on goals. This role offers the chance to mentor colleagues, contribute to open source-friendly projects, and help scale fintech capabilities at a general level.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop and enhance the FX platform services and automate existing pipelines
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to design new services using RFC
• Coach and mentor junior engineers to improve team effectiveness
• Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery with product and operations alignment

• Contribute to deployments and tooling, including occasional on-call duties

Responsabilidades




• Extensive experience building complex software systems
• Proficiency in Python; other OOP languages acceptable
• Experience in FinTech, banking, or regulated financial environments
• Strong written and spoken English communication across multicultural teams
• Ability to design and manage services, APIs, monitoring, and alerting; integration expertise
• Comfort working with legacy code and proposing improvements to reduce technical debt
• Emphasis on testability with unit and integration tests
• Experience with CI (Jenkins) pipelines and Terraform for deployment
• Wamiliarity with on-call rotations for 24/7 system reliability
