ph3Senior Careers Internship Advisor (m/f/d) /h3 pMadrid /p pFull-time /p pFixed-term /p p40,000 - 45,000 € per year /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 pWe are currently looking for a Senior Careers Internship Advisor (m/f/d) for our rapidly expanding Careers Team to support the new mandatory internship programme at both Barcelona and Madrid campuses.br/This role combines career guidance for students and graduates with strong business growth responsibilities, particularly by building bridges with industry and securing internship agreements for BSBI students.br/You will report to the Head of Careers Service and you will be based in Madrid. /p h3Internally – Working with Students, Staff, and Academics /h3 ul liProvide individual career counselling and group career guidance sessions to students and graduates /li liPlan, develop, and deliver high-impact, in-person and hybrid workshops on career development, job search strategies and internship preparation /li liAct as a key point of contact for all matters related to internships, ensuring each student is matched to a suitable placement-provider that aligns with their field of study and career goals /li liInform students of available internship opportunities, guiding them through application, interview, and placement processes /li liLiaise closely with academic staff, particularly course tutors, to align internship placements with academic requirements and ensure learning objectives are met /li liSupervise and support students throughout their internships, conducting regular check-ins and acting as a mediator if issues arise. /li liOversee and manage the submission, tracking, and evaluation of student internship reports in collaboration with tutors and administrative teams /li liTravel between campuses (B arcelona and Madrid) /li liConceptualise and create engaging Careers Service materials for students, graduates,



and academic staff . Create and update Careers Service materials and resources for students /li liCollaborate proactively with the Campus Management, Marketing and Student Services Teams across Berlin, Hamburg, Barcelona, Madrid and Paris /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support Careers Service activities /li /ul h3Externally – Building and Managing Company Relationships /h3 ul liStrategically develop and expand existing BSBI’s partner network, with a focus on securing internship providers in Engineering, Health , Marketing and IT sectors to secure internship opportunities for BSBI students. /li liAct as the main point of contact for internship providers , including internship supervisors to ensure contracts are signed and placements are successfully managed /li liServe as the primary point of contact between BSBI and external organisations regarding internship coordination and ongoing communication to ensure internships run smoothly /li liMonitor internship progress and feedback from employers, ensuring a strong, professional relationship between the school and partner organisations /li liPlan, coordinate, and support employer events on campus, facilitating connections between students ,
