ppThe Scheduling Engineer will work within the Corporate Engineering Team, as part of the EPCI Area. Will be responsible on performing Offshore Wind Project Schedule activities as part of offshore wind farm development, tender and MA processes, always in collaboration with other technical, commercial, legal and business areas. Working at Corporate engineering team, will be involved with ongoing tender processes at early concept stage but also providing ad-hoc support to consolidated wind projects from Ocean Winds, supporting the knowledge sharing between OW projects and applicable standards. /p h3MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /h3 ul liKey responsibilities include developing Project plans within the integrated master schedule from early development phase until COD (Commercial Operate Date) of the required Offshore Wind Farms within OW’s pipeline. /li liProduce / update the required project schedules procedures at corporate level, to be used in tenders / auctions for offshore wind projects. /li liUtilizing Primavera P6 to carry out scheduling function for the project. /li liAssists in the development and maintenance of WBS and support activities to implement applicable coding. /li liDevelops and maintains program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for OWF projects. Supports on analysis of schedule. /li liDefine Project Development Schedule for early development projects within OW’s pipeline /li liDeliver on time all schedule deliverables down to the requested level based on maturity of the project /li liCoordinate reception of inputs and assumptions to build a robust and coherent development and construction schedule. /li liWill be responsible to manage conversations with other members of the projects / OW corporate team to ensure proper reception and understanding of required inputs, key project constrains and milestones.
/li liMonitors and actively participates in project and program scheduling issues while administering best practices and standards. /li liActively obtains accurate and timely program schedule updates from project teams and performs QA/QC on information received. /li liPerforms Critical Path analyses and provide possible mitigation actions. /li liSupports measurement of project schedule progress and gathers and assembles data for schedule and network updating. Provide inputs for Top-management presentations. /li liCollects and updates data and produces ad-hoc scheduling reports. /li liEnsure best practices and lessons learnt are shared between different Ocean winds projects. /li liBuild up and keep up to date technical databases at corporate level. /li /ul h3ACADEMIC BACKGROUND /h3 pA bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business. Education and experience may be considered. /p pPMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification is a plus. /p h3LANGUAGES /h3 pThe company has an international team of employees, and the working language is English. Candidates need to be fluent in English both spoken and written. /p h3PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE /h3 ul li5+ years’ experience as a Scheduler /li li3+ years’ experience working in Offshore Wind Projects /li liSignificant experience in all aspects of planning and scheduling in Primavera P6 products /li liMust have experience with other planning and scheduling tools, including MS Project /li liA strong understanding of the interfaces and interdependencies between the project's work packages is required. /li /ul h3KNOWLEDGE /h3 ul liAdvanced MS Office package user. /li liAdvanced knowledge of Primavera P6. /li liKnowledge of MS Project. /li /ul h3SKILLS /h3 ul liTeam player who is willing and able to work with others to solve problems and share knowledge. /li liCulturally aware with a high level of emotional intelligence to work effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. /li liProactive approach to optimizations and improvements. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
