ph3New-Build Property Sales Consultant • Estepona, Andalusia, Spain /h3 pBySales is looking to recruit a New-Build Property Sales Consultant for a long-term project focused on an international clientele in the Estepona (Málaga) area. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liHandling and managing enquiries from prospective clients and collaborating estate agencies. /li liCoordinating and conducting property viewings and face-to-face meetings. /li liProactively following up with clients throughout the entire sales process. /li liNegotiating and closing reservations and sales contracts. /li liPreparing sales, marketing and market analysis reports for the property developer. /li liDeveloping and presenting marketing proposals. /li liManaging all administrative tasks related to the sales process. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA dynamic and proactive professional with excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of working independently. /li liFluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.
