and RD - acting as the technical bridge between operational needs and engineering solutions. /li liDevelop AI-powered tooling to automate repetitive operational tasks, surface anomalies, and accelerate investigation workflows. /li liIdentify patterns in operational data and proactively translate them into scalable technical solutions before they become recurring issues. /li liManage long-term projects and deliver on time. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li5+ years of hands‑on experience in a technical operations, backend, or similar engineering role /li liDevelopment skills in Python and/or JavaScript /li liExperience building automations and internal tooling from scratch /li liSolid technical fundamentals: SQL, log analysis, API debugging, system administration /li liHands‑on experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows /li liStrong investigative mindset - comfortable navigating ambiguous problems across systems and data independently /li liFamiliarity with GDS web services (Sabre, Amadeus, or equivalent) /li liBackground in travel tech or airline/booking systems - significant advantage /li liExperience with cloud environments (AWS or equivalent) - significant advantage /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
